What is ABAcases?

ABAcases is the brand behind abacases.com: a case-matching platform built specifically for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, not a generic job board with an ABA filter bolted on. It's built around two things ABA professionals actually need day to day: a way to discover real, local ABA cases that fit their pay, schedule, and credentials, and a way to keep track of the hours and payments that come out of doing the work.

Those two pieces live in one place under one free profile: the ABA case finder for discovering and getting matched to cases, and a free ABA-specific timesheet and payment tracker for staying on top of what you're owed. Agencies use the same platform to post cases, manage applicants, and fill open cases with better-fit candidates.

How ABA case matching works

Instead of scrolling a generic list of job postings, providers use the ABA Case Finder to browse local ABA cases on a map and filter down to the ones that actually make sense for them. Cases are shown with the details that matter for deciding fit (pay, schedule, setting, required credential, and approximate distance) before any deeper commitment is made on either side.

The goal is to let providers evaluate whether a case is worth pursuing on their own terms first, and let agencies see interest from candidates who are genuinely qualified and available, rather than both sides sorting through noise.

We verify both sides. We check providers' BACB credentials and check every agency against the federal NPI registry, so providers know an agency is real before they share anything.

Why pay, schedule, setting, and commute matter

These four factors decide whether a case is realistic for a working provider to take, so ABAcases treats them as first-class filters rather than details buried in a description.

The free ABA timesheet and payment tracker

Alongside case discovery, ABAcases includes a free ABA timesheet and payment tracker built specifically for how ABA work actually gets paid, often across multiple cases, multiple agencies, and pay cycles that don't always land on time. It lets providers log billable hours, catch late or short payments, and export tax-ready records, all under the same profile used for case alerts.

The tracker is free for providers, and so is browsing and applying to cases.

It works as a general ABA timesheet, an RBT timesheet for hourly session work, or an ABA payment tracker focused on unpaid balances. It is the same free tool either way.

For agencies posting ABA cases

On the other side of the marketplace, ABA agencies use ABAcases to post open cases, manage incoming applicants, and see pipeline status in one dashboard instead of juggling spreadsheets and inboxes. The goal is straightforward: help agencies fill open cases faster with candidates who are a genuine fit on pay, schedule, location, and credential, not just the first resume in.

Every agency is checked against the federal NPI registry. Providers see BACB credential status. We do not run background checks.

Where ABAcases is expanding

ABAcases got its start in Florida, and that remains the home market. From there, we are early in North Carolina, starting with the Charlotte metro.

Rather than launch everywhere at once, ABAcases is growing market by market so that case discovery, verification, and agency workflows stay genuinely useful in each new area.
