Why RBTs need their own timesheet

Most RBTs aren't working one predictable schedule for one employer. In a normal week you might see a client in-home on Monday, cover a session at a clinic on Tuesday, and pick up a school-based case later that week, sometimes for one agency, sometimes for two. A generic timesheet template doesn't hold up well when the job itself doesn't look the same day to day.

An RBT-specific hours tracker matters because it's built around that reality from the start: clients, settings, and agencies as first-class fields, not an afterthought bolted onto a generic hours log.
